Productivity Places Program
BSI Learning is proud to be involved in the labour government's new productivity placement program!
This program will provide targeted training to address skill shortages currently experienced in many industries. BSI Learning will endeavour to work, hand in hand with your consultants to bring about a win win situation for both the trainee and your organisation.
Under the Skilling Australia for the Future initiative, the Commonwealth has funded the Productivity Places Program which will deliver 645,000 training places over five years to ensure that Australian workers develop the skills they need.
These training places will be delivered in an industry-driven system, ensuring that training is more responsive to the needs of businesses and participants.
Of these places, 392,000 training places will be allocated to existing workers wanting to gain or upgrade their skills, and 253,000 places will be allocated to job seekers.
These guidelines relate to the 253,000 places allocated to job seekers only, known as the Productivity Places Program - Job Seekers.
BSI Learning's RTO BSIL Hume Learning and BSIL Southern Edge Training has been approved by and has entered into a Services Contract with DEEWR to undertake specified administration and deliver eligible qualifications under the Productivity Places Program - Job Seekers.
Training under the program must be provided by an approved organisation.
